By requesting access, signing the NDA, or using the portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

The information on this portal does not constitute a public offering of securities, an investment advice, or a solicitation to invest. It is provided for evaluation purposes only, to qualified investors who have signed an NDA and been approved by our team. Any actual investment will be formalized through separate written agreements and, where required, through a properly constituted investment vehicle (SIC) under applicable Portuguese law.

Access is reserved for institutional investors, family offices, and high net-worth individuals who self-certify that they meet the definition of qualified investor under Portuguese and EU securities regulation. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke access at our sole discretion.

All content in the portal is confidential and subject to the NDA you accepted at onboarding. You may not share, copy, reproduce, or publish any material without our prior written consent. Document downloads are watermarked with your identity for traceability.

Revenue, cost, margin, IRR, and other financial figures shown on the portal are projections based on assumptions that may not materialize. Past performance and illustrative scenarios are not a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for obtaining independent legal, tax, and financial advice before making any investment decision.

You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials. Sign-in is via magic link sent to your registered email. Do not share sign-in links. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate limits
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data beyond your authorized access
• Remove watermarks from downloaded documents
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the portal in a way that violates applicable law

All content, including text, images, architectural plans, financial models, and branding, remains the exclusive property of 50 BUY INVEST, Unipessoal Lda. and its licensors. Limited access is granted to you solely for investment evaluation.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or the NDA, or if we determine that continued access is inconsistent with the purposes for which access was granted. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of confidential information in your possession.

The portal is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 50 BUY INVEST, Unipessoal Lda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other forum.
